Return and Refund Policy

ShaveAware grants requests for returns conditioned on the following: 

  1. Damaged Goods – please notify ShaveAware promptly upon receipt of damaged goods by contacting support@shaveaware.com; include the phrase Damaged Goods in the subject line and attach a photo(s) documenting the damage.  We cannot process claims for damaged goods without documenting photos. 
    1. Return and Replacement of Damaged Goods –ShaveAware will furnish a shipping label for the return of damaged goods; upon receipt of the returned damaged goods ShaveAware will promptly ship replacement goods free of charge. 
  2. Defective Goods – please notify ShaveAware promptly upon discovery of defective goods by contacting support@shaveaware.com; include the phrase Defective Goods in the subject line.
    1. Return and Replacement of Defective Goods – ShaveAware will furnish a shipping label for the return of defective goods; upon receipt of the returned defective goods ShaveAware will promptly ship replacement goods free of charge.
  3. Customer Convenience Returns
    1. Return Period – 30 days from date of delivery
    2. Products Eligible for Return – RAZCLE, RAZCLE Bottle, unused Beard Brushes 
    3. Initiating a Request: requests for returns are to be made via email to support@shaveaware.com; include the phrase Return Request in the subject line; please tells us the reason for your return 
    4. Shipping –ShaveAware will notify customer of the return shipping destination; all shipping charges are borne by the customer 
    5. Refunds – upon receipt of the returned items and confirmation the items are in merchantable condition ShaveAware will issue a full refund within (3) business days
